Why haven't I received the cashback yet after opening a BCR account?
The cashback does not come immediately after opening the account. To receive the 100 lei/month, you must first: - activate Moneyback in the George app; - make at least 5 eligible transactions with the card in that month. Once you meet the conditions, the cashback will be credited in the first 15 days of the following month. So, basically: you make the 5 transactions this month → the money should come in next month, if all conditions are met. 💜
Why do I need to verify my student status again if I am already verified in Diverzum?
Spotify uses SheerID to verify eligibility for the Student subscription, separately from the verification in Diverzum. You will need to follow the SheerID process and confirm that you are a student at an eligible institution.
Why is it asking me for a payment method if the first month is free?
Spotify asks you for a payment method to continue your subscription after the free period. This does not mean you will be charged immediately for the free month. After that, the subscription continues at the Student price displayed by Spotify, unless you cancel it.
What happens after the free month?
After the first month, the subscription automatically continues as Spotify Premium Student, at the Student price displayed at that time by Spotify, until you cancel it or you are no longer eligible.
SheerID doesn't automatically confirm my status. Does this mean I am not eligible?
Not necessarily. If the automatic verification does not work, SheerID may ask you to upload a document proving your student status. Verification may take up to 48 hours, depending on the number of requests.
I already have YouTube Premium. Can I go directly to the Student plan?
If you have an active paid YouTube subscription, you must first cancel it. After the paid period ends, you can start the process for the Student subscription if you meet the eligibility requirements.
I am already verified as a student in Diverzum. Why do I need to verify myself again?
YouTube verifies eligibility for the Student subscription separately through SheerID. Therefore, even if your status is already verified in Diverzum, you will need to complete the verification required by YouTube.
What do I need to post in my story and tag to participate in the Diverzum promotions?
You need to post your favorite discount from the Diverzum app in your story and tag us at @diverzum.ro. You can choose any offer you like from the app; it doesn't have to be the post about the giveaway.
